Amanda Ricks
Amanda has been immersed in creative art therapies her whole life. After visiting Nova Scotia in 2021, she officially moved the following year, and fell in love with the east coast vibe. This move [and the universe] has encouraged her to take the leap into fulfilling her dream to become a full time creator. Amanda blends colour, whimsy, beauty, and nature into all of her works. Check out her glass art, original acrylic paintings, felt works, dream catchers, mixed media signs and shells.
Amanda is also an author! Her first book, "So I Married An Alligator" made for adults, childrens style book. This is the first of a four part series addressing various forms of narcissistic abuse; including partnership, parental, employer, employer abuse and friendship.
Amanda is also a registered Art Therapist, and registered Drama Therapist. Her services include workshops, one-on-one sessions and group therapy.
